Joshua and Joel have great creatividad for building things, Here they demonstrate some of their Lego creations.One of their dreams is to go to Lego Land in California. There are a number of neat videos on YouTube by visitors to the park.
There is also a very cool video about how Lego started. Originally, it was a company that produced wood products, but when things became difficult financially, the owner decided to try building high-quality wooden toys.
The factory burnt down, twice. But, when the son went to a trade fair and saw a plastic injection molding machine, he bought one and started playing around with making a type of building block.
The blocks origiannly didn't snap together, but just sat on top of each other. Eventually, through trial-and-error, the current design was found..
And the result is a toy that all kids (and many adults) enjoy.
